Informational Purpose
Unless we expressly state otherwise, Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. Content on the Website is not a binding offer, quote, guarantee, warranty, professional advice, or commitment to provide any product or service.
Information on this Website, including information about fire safety, inspections, and code compliance, is general in nature. It is not engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice for your property. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and by building, so confirm them with the authority having jurisdiction and a qualified professional.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Website for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

User Submissions
If you submit information, feedback, reviews, comments, photographs, materials, or other content through the Website (collectively, “User Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not violate law or the rights of another person.
You retain ownership of your User Submissions. However, to the extent necessary for us to operate, administer, improve, and promote our Website and services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Submissions for those purposes.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or personal information unless we specifically request it through a secure process. We are not responsible for information voluntarily submitted through public or unsecured Website features.
Purchases, Quotes, and Service Requests
Any pricing, availability, descriptions, promotions, or specifications displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. A quote request, service request, inquiry, or acknowledgment does not constitute our acceptance of an order or a binding agreement unless and until we expressly confirm acceptance under a separate agreement, invoice, order confirmation, or other written communication.

Additional terms, including service agreements, proposals, estimates, and inspection or maintenance contracts, may apply to specific services.
